Effective: November 1, 2006
Monthly Billing Rate: The Customer's monthly billing will consist of a basic charge, an energy charge and a minimum charge as set forth below:
     Basic Charge:     $.40 per day
     Energy Charge:   $.0.03415 per kWh
     Minimum:           Minimum monthly billing shall be $.40 times the number of
                              days in the billing cycle
